Day 1: Level 1 :
We warmly invite you to join us for Day 1: Level 1 of our Essence of Chi in Equine Leadership workshop. This session seamlessly integrates John Chatterton’s renowned Affiliative Horsemanship methods with the principles of Tai Chi, offering a holistic approach to horsemanship.
What You’ll Experience:
• 10-Step Program Integration: Learn and apply techniques that enhance your abilities in sensing, neutralizing, yielding, movement, voice commands, hand signals,
• Transformative Techniques: Discover straightforward and cost-effective methods to transform challenging horse behaviors—such as difficulty being caught, reluctance to load, resistance to tying, encroaching on personal space, or inattentiveness—into positive traits, making your horse safer and more enjoyable to be around.
If this resonates with you, we’d be delighted to have you join us. Come and enjoy a fun-filled experience with your horse!
Day 2 : Level 2 – Begin to bring it all together from the practice of day one.
Building on level 1, the Intermediate level 2 course offers you an opportunity to deepen your awareness and maintain a centred presence in a wide variety of situations and challenges. You will strengthen your presence, your self-confidence, your compassion and even your sense of humour. We also have cattle available to work with and have found that working cattle is all about how you handle your ship.
If that rings a bell, love you to join us!
Jason’s work is focused on developing internal and external softness.
Join us to experience how the principles of softness can help deepen the connection between you and your horse.
Day 3 Game on bringing all of the 2 days to this moment in time.
Join us to experience how the principles of softness can help deepen the connection between you and your horse.
The body needs alternatives to fight, flight and freeze. Our programs develop the ability to be relaxed, creative and open when faced with a stressor or low grade threat.
Bruce Lee said it clearly, “Under duress, we don’t rise to our expectations, we fall to our level of training.”
If this is what you are looking for – join us on an unforgettable journey beyond this reality.
About the Facilitators
Jason Lindley
I have been involved in horse for over Two and half decades. My involvement begins with horses from unborn to born and starting horses right through to competition standard. The language a horse understands, where you will ask horse to respond rather than demand that he does.
I believe that how your young horse is handled and broken in will influence the rest of his/her life and with the right methods ensure calmness and confidence prior to their first ride.
Jason is a father, of two beautiful boys, and husband to Tanya, speaker, riding instructor and horse trainer who has become a recognised innovator in the field of Equine Experiential Learning and a respected horseman on the subject of Equine.
Vincent Leo
As a practicing bodyworker, naturopath (human and animal), martial artist and Bio-resonance therapist, I have had the pleasure of training thousands of students and assisted patients from all walks of life to understand what it means to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. It is my opinion that the fundamentals of life are to be FREE within one. That means to have awareness with everything. Not be influenced by beliefs.
I have trained with Jacqueline Buckingham in Animal Communication level 1 and Level 2.
I have also trained with Anna Breytenbach (Black Leopard on You Tube) and Brad Laughlin.
The intention of creating Essence of Chi in (Equine) Leadership was to make the principles available to people who were not going to engage in the formal martial art or attend multi-day meditation retreats.
