Essence of Chi in Equine Leadership are holding 2 workshops.
One for those who want to know how to connect with their horses from beginning to ride and already riding horses to having a deeper connection with their fur babies.

Level 1: Prepare to Change

When the past actions with you and your horse has control over you.
Ask yourself:
1. How do you remove the influences of the past on your present-time consciousness?
2. Is it possible to re-evaluate the considerations that arise from your memories?
Did you know that experienced explorers of consciousness agree, “Yes you can!”

How much you let the past affect you is under your control.

And you might ” hey dude just wait a sec. “Some of the stuff that happened to me and my horse is bloody terrible.”
Yes that’s true.
“No one should have to experience.”
“The reason I still consider them (consciously or unconsciously) in my evaluation of current events is to keep the bloody terrible event from happening again.”
Arr – Not necessary true.
In fact, your fixed points of view actually set you up with expectations of the bloody terrible event reoccurring.

Expectations can shape how you experience reality.

2 Days at Equine connection Workshop
Incorporating Chi into your horse’s training sessions
Whether your interest is in horses in general, riding and training, personal/human development, leadership training or the healing power of horses, you’ll find a place in workshops presented by Jason and Vincent and in collaboration with a variety of equine co-facilitators.

The 2-day workshop is about understanding the connection between human and animals’ wisdom.

We believe John Chatterton has the best system, and we have adopted his system as part of this 2-day workshop and we have added Tai chi and other martial art to the system.
Every thought and feeling creates your outcome…
To create a better outcome, we will be looking at 5 areas:
1. Build Horse Confidence
2. Horse movement through signals
3. Know the 10 most important ingredient with each of the 10-step system.
4. The History & Orders of belief systems of training horses and ourselves.
5. Posture and energy (chi) flow together. Correct Posture enhances relaxation, balance, proper breathing and energetic flow.

I believe that everyone has the ability to communicate with animals – it’s part of our nature. Our role at ECEL is to bring this simple and profound language of connection into the mainstream and everyday life.

ECEL desire is to raise awareness, increase an affiliation and advance the connections among humans and other species, on both the personal and spiritual levels to re-wild – re-wire and re-Juvanate us as part of the natural world.

You will discover, connect with, and acquire control over influences that have been defining you and your horse since the beginning of time. After these are addressed, you will experience existence of you and your horse beyond definition.

About the Facilitators:

Vincent Leo
As a practicing bodyworker, naturopath (human and animal), martial artist and Bio-resonance therapist, I have had the pleasure of training thousands of students and assisted patients from all walks of life to understand what it means to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. It is my opinion that the fundamentals of life are to be FREE within one. That means to have awareness with everything. Not be influenced by beliefs.
I have trained with Jacqueline Buckingham in Animal Communication level 1 and Level 2.
I have also trained with Anna Breytenbach (Black Leopard on You Tube) and Brad Laughlin. <>

Jason Lindley
I have been involved in horse for over Two and half decades. My involvement begins with horses from unborn to born and starting horses right through to competition standard. The language a horse understands, where you will ask horse to respond rather than demand that he does.
I believe that how your young horse is handled and broken in will influence the rest of his/her life and with the right methods ensure calmness and confidence prior to their first ride.
Jason is a father, of two beautiful boys, and husband to Tanya, speaker, riding instructor and horse trainer who has become a recognised innovator in the field of Equine Experiential Learning and a respected horseman on the subject of Equine.

John Chatterton
John Chatterton is a horseman in the true sense of the word. His unique perspective demonstrates a rare depth of understanding of horses. John grew up on a cattle ranch in Paraguay, South America where the horse was often a person’s most valuable possession. The care and respect of the Gauchos (local native horsemen) for their horses was reflected in their horsemanship. Studying their technique and many others over the past 50 years, John has developed his own unique method of communicating with horses using specific signals and training, which he calls his Ten Steps Program.
